Shaco...is now OP? WAT?
I have recentely rediscovered my hatred for Zilean. Drop two bombs and watch your life bar just get chunked. I forget how well do they stack again?

That was from like 2 years ago :P
They only stack 2 (unless it was somehow possible to get your cdr down so you could get 3? :O)
Anyways Zilean's damage is negated by simply buying Hexdrinker early game :P
How is Viegar OP?
The stun is only long enough to land Dark Matter... And that's at max level.
He needs his CDs to farm. If he's using the stun in lane it's because he knows he can get a kill or he's running right the hell away.
Unless you stun and then immediately use Dark Matter, you're not going to score a hit.

Overall though Akali is a bit too strong right now. Her burst is massive and her passive is...Well it's really good. Granted Akali takes some skill to play, but her burst is way too good. She can out burst an AP nuke like Annie...Or even Brand. It's redonkulous IMO. Still a fun champ, but she's on everyone's list of "DO NOT FEED HER UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE"....But that's just me.

You can't shut him down in lane cause of his stun (which completely protects him against ganks) and he 1 shots the AD Carry while you can't do anything to him in return thanks to stun.
Cleanse/QSS/Zhonya's is the only defense against him, and those are both a waste of Summoner spells (except QSS and Zhonya's which to build just because of Vei are dumb)
Also I pwnt a Jax 1 v 2 as Nasus :D
