Assuming that you're using a new computer and just installed the game, you should be able to use your account completely as normal as that doesn't change.

When I click to unlock a character that I own, it says congratulations that content is already unlocked. However, it's still locked and I can't use it.
Is this a bug? Is there anything I can do?
