I'd say have spawns near the forks on both sides, to avoid the minion problems. Not sure about inhibitors, though; that's a good point.
I'm not sure how that would avoid the minion problem since they would still group up at the enemy choke point once all outer turrets are down and mass push the inner lane turrets. I was originally thinking just have everything spawn fewer minions per wave, or use Jebus's solution and make turrets stronger/splash damage.

And how wouldn't TF be viable? His ult would make ganking even faster than it would already be on this map, especially considering it's mark enemies effect. Of course, considering I've only played TF a few games when he was free, still not sure why he would be affected.
Smaller maps actually make TF's ult weaker than vice versa. Champions with high move speed have their travel time significantly reduced, while TF's teleportation time is the same regardless of map size. Therefore high mobility champions(pretty much anyone with an MS steroid and makes liberal use of it) who are stronger and faster than TF can gank better without telling everyone what they are doing and where they will be coming from.

Anyway, this is a fairly fun exercise. Discussion of what new maps could be good is always fun.

Ah i see, coolio. Makes sense actually now that I think about it. His ult would still be semi useful for chasing, because of the "marked" enemies thing. Either way, anyone have some other ideas? I like the turret splash damage, even though that would make the Fortify mastery less useful, not that many get it anyway.

still trying to think a good solution for the minion issue. If all the minions spawned center lane, and then 2 groups looped around, you'd still have the same amount of minions fighting each other instead of that disadvantage 3-1 minion groups.

I'll have to think a bit more, but any other concept maps you guys are interested in, feel free to share it here :)
