I LOVE these items. I can take Them on people like Morde and Caitlyn who would love Mercury Treads but can't afford to miss out on their other boots. The sword is brilliantly cheap (well, it only gives 50AP I guess), and Cloak and Dagger actually gives pretty nice stats.
Dissappointed with the Philo upgrade, It's just a slightly bigger philo witout the gold/5. I don't think we'll really see one after the 'novelty' of the new items wears off.

The moment I'll be able to buy a lategame item with tenacity I'll consider it good.
Exactly this. I am basically gonna buy them sparingly (if I do) as a sort of Doran's item, buy it at the beginning for a drastic effect, but sell @ endgame since it is basically useless.
