[/quote] [[Ryze]] is all targeted. [[Brand]] has two skillshots (one is his only CC). [[Ryze]] stacks mana. [[Brand]] builds AP. They aren't exactly that similar. I would consider [[Brand]] more akin to [[Annie]], but in reality you just have to get used to him. No other way to do it.[/quote]
