Tbh, I'm not too worried, it's a hit to me, but it's true, atma was ridiculous before.
It's still gonna be very cost effective, and I'll still build it on all the champs I do now.
At 3k health(which isn't hard to get on a bruiser), you used to get 60 ad, now you'll get 45. 45AD + 45AR + 18%Crit should cost around 3300-ish gold, the item only costs 2355, it's still ridiculously cost effective.
Honestly though, I don't think they should've nerfed it, but instead just made it cost more. The problem with it wasn't that it was too good, the problem was that it was too good for how cheap it was.

yeah. while it doesnt gain any stats from the recipe, its taking 1 slot instead of 2 and giving % health into ad.
considering the recipe cost is 825, at 3000 health you would have 45 ad (now.) thats as much as a pickaxe for 150 less.
raise the price from 2355 to at least 2755. and leave it at 2%

Add in Warmogs and it goes to something like 70 AD.
