I'll submit some ideas from champions I've thought of once it "starts". It hasn't started yet, right?
No, it hasn't started yet. Hopefully we can get this going next time the forums update. Also, read the OP - ideas will be appreciated, just make sure that it's nothing too specific. :)

i love creating new champions and have a few good ones
one of mine i believe may have influenced the creation of caitlyn

it is timestamped well before her release, and i know that i could have EASILY just edited the post later on after her release, but honestly who the **** does that to convince ppl, i guess im just using the honor system, for what it's worth :/

bliss is ridiculous when it comes to theory crafting.. he and scrax are probably the best pure theorists on the site... and caucheka is just plain creative.

well we wouldn't need Riot's permission since they aren't partaking in this, if they choose to look @ our ideas or not is up to them.
