Well, the pulsefire patch completly ****ed PBE up, so don't have big hope that it comes live fast.

Riots doing a smart marketing tactic with this skin, if it would have been a normal legendary I would have waited saved up and eventually bought it. Riot is getting EVERYONE who wants the skin to get it now with the "incentive" of buy it now for slightly cheaper then legendary or fork over ALOT of RP.
