but ya, I don't see too many extremely skilled corki players, so I'm not completely sure what they're gonna nerf on him. I guess this is something to pull him out of the high ELO spotlight
@Dante: You say he needs the nerf? Reasons as to why please.
I've already sited (reasons as to why not to nerf him) his low base damage for attacks and low AP ratios (which I've never seen an AP Corki might be fun though). Riot complains about his "high burst damage" and " an escape" considering Corki has absolutely no hard CC (Ashe stun or slow Caitlyn Trap or slow MF slow). Corki can't slow without Triforce or Red buff. His mana costs are high, his burst? Maybe at level 3 if you consider Phos Bomb+Auto attacks and Gatling gun going....6? Level 6 he can Phos bomb and ulti...He's more of a fighter than a burst. His Valkyrie is not an offenive ability though I guess you could use it like a mini Rumble ult....
When I first started playing Corki I was terrible. Now I'm not, I've won most ranked games that I carry as Corki. But I fail to see a solid reason as to WHY he needs a nerf. Not enough people play him, those that do might play him when he's free and have no clue what they're doing. One of my friends tried to play Corki and said he was the worse champ he'd ever played. Saying he does no damage ETC.
I think the players behind Corki is what makes him strong. You can say that about a lot of champs but we all know there are faceroll champs out there just as there are higher skill cap champs. I'm against the idea of the nerf, but we might see them nerf something like his ulti but perhaps compensate with something else.
