In the Riot vs Pros showmatch at Dreamhack, the Rioters were able to pick the lineup for the Pros, so they gave them Sona (Koby), Janna (Shushei), Soraka (WeWillFailer), Taric (HotshotGG),and Sona (Dyrus).

They all built AP, and Hotshot built Bloodrazor, three HoG, and i think a faerie charm.

So, new meta is 4ap + Bloodrazor tank.
