I'd actually suggest AD marks over ArPen though.
Arpen is better for jungling. Figured it might be nice to use that page for most junglers too.
Also it's not bad in lane for top, since most top laners have an easier time last-hitting and trades are a bit more crucial. I still don't like arpen on ADC.
