Not excited at all. What is it with Riot and Ice/Snow-based champions? :3 There's: Ashe, Nunu and Volibear. I think Riot should focus on introducing other elemental champions. But thumbs up for their intiative to try and make our gaming more interesting. Mounted-champions FTW!

Just a CC machine. I doubt she has any carry potential, looks like a tanky AP that will just stack up on slowing the enemies whilst the carries do the work. I don't think she will fit the meta well.
Not a good one at that...
Maybe she can perm slow anything down by 30% and occasionally even more. (dunno about the correct value)
But thats it.. no AS slow, no Stun etc.
She seemed to have a Stun as early Permafrost ability but that was too strong to be actually implemented.
Maybe a good choice considering specific team comps, but thats it.
