I'm thinking about everything I can say to justify running skarner in any possible way, because I have tried everything. That's a lot of talk for another day.
I have destroyed so many champions Top with Skarner. It just takes an aweful lot of practice to be able to overcome your direct counters though. That's with every champion. Simply, he is better in the jungle.
