4 hp5 for free would be kinda broken imo. It would have to be like 1 hp5 total for having the whole team.

SURE it would be broken! like all Skin Team Passives would be!!! And that is the reason why Skin Teams will only play VS Skin Teams and not VS a random team line up

as you said..HE MADE THEM... but UNFORTUNATELY he is not a member of them! Battlecast Team has already Xerath so Viktor would not be a so great addition although he can be a member of Full Metal team instead! Very cool skin ;)

There is a frozen skin team. Frozen nocturne jungle, frozen olaf top, anivia/frozen annie mid, frozen janna, and arctic caitlyn.
