Also, the recommendations should be much more important than votes. There are so many ******ed people here in mobafire who vote on guides that completely suck.
On the other hand, there are recommendations on pretty ****py guides too. An Ashe guide with no last whisper, is broken in the middle of the guide and hasn't been updated for over 3 months has 3 recommendations and 94% rating?

I don't know about the guide, but the build is decent. 
Black Cleaver is really good on ranged carries. I was unsure myself until I actually graphed, but it's a great item.

I think that the build could be better. And the guide doesn't even have 5000 characters lol. I'm going to report it so a mod can fix the guide.

Black Cleaver is better on Corki because of his gattling gun. Combine that with armr pen runes and it will be better than a Last Whisper in any Scenario. Even if the other person has 300 armour.
