Well, if the other dude plays smart he hits me when my shield is down - and if I use E too much I will simply get too low on health earlygame ^^

ok, just had the most fuxking enraging game ever. Kat + Morde + Garen (yes i consider garen a spam champ, all he does is spin,then silence then demacian justice, and requires no mana). Kat spamming shump + bouncing blade then ultiing. Morde spamming E everywhere. Garen just spinning around like a ****.

At first I thought ez was energy/no cost champion.
Btw, notice how no one you mentioned has a hard CC, or none at all if you don't get Ryali's.
Also, they can't take advantage of some items in the game that increases your AP/AD by a lot.

Spam champions arent op. Simply get some health regen. Most spam champs are quite weak in full fights and so if you can get them into a 1v1 a win should come your way. One champion who is considered OP would be mordekaiser but he really isnt that hard to beat. His weakness is he relies so much on minions. Act aggressive and try to get him away from the minions. Certain champion will have a easier time with this, and once he is away from your creeps beat the **** out of him. I have been playing alot of Irelia on solo top and seen atleat 5 mordes and it has been easy. Ignite and his ultimate doesnt do **** healing. He really isnt that hard. You just have to learn how to counter champions. And whining in a forum doesnt do anything. Just try to find a way around the problem rather than crying about it.

I suppose that what the OP is saying isn't so much "Spam champions are OP, they should be nerfed", but rather the following:
"Spam champions are too good at low skill levels compared to other champions with higher skill caps."
And this is a perfectly reasonable trait. Obviously high ELO players know how to outplay a Mordekaiser or a Vladimir to at least make the fight fair, if not one-sided in their favor.
Champions are balanced for 5v5 competitive play at high ELOs. If you don't know how to deal with a spammy champion, learn how to and it'll make you a better player.
