Lee sin have super early game damage, some of the best.

Riven's early game damage is ridiculous.

Caitlyn's is kinda stupid high. Also, Urgot. Stop... freaking... poking... me!

Can't really say any Tanks or Supports have strong early games. They scale fairly well everywhere but not particularly amazingly anywhere.
