What if i said i have proof that the bots in ranked games are being manipulated and i have 2 replays from a play which are recorded at the exact same moment, one is recorded with geforce and the other one with a camera towards my screen.

The camera towards my screen shows malzahar using his ultimate twice in 15 seconds, the geforce replay shows malzahar not using it in 15 seconds both happening at the exact same moment.
This happens all the time in games so the people who are not toxic win the game.

What would happen if i donated money to like tyler1 and he showed this on screen would i get banned?
