Just tested out, how Mundo as support would be like and the new Emblem->Martyr's Call makes him really strong there, as it gives HP and scales with HP. The second support item, the 
Ruby Sightstone, gives HP aswell. And from then you can go and get Spirit Visage, Randuin's Omen and Warmog's Armor. Basically, you can play the same Mundo like usual but support aswell. And he uses no mana, which is unique for botlane.

also there isnt an item there yet but theyre going to make another selfish spellvamp item to replace the wraith jungle item, if its good enough vlad might come back to being a good top laner and it might actually be viable to get spellvamp on certain champions
