This reminds me of a Gold V scrub on a different site who liked to complain that Crit chance was ******** and should be removed, and that ADCs are already seen in every game, so why would they be buffed more? OMG Rito pls.

Riot already stated they dislike critchance due to it's random nature.

But, and they also said this, crits are good because it's fun to see that big number pop up.
It's a very confusing thing. Because if you just crit 100% of the time, it wouldn't exactly be fun or interesting, now would it?
