You missed other things...

New champ could be called Jayce name was in some files in PBE

Also new skins and skin art not a rework i think just some japan art used now on older people

I hope you can decide to keep the western art work. I dislike a lof of the asian once. Not that much of a fan of that extremly over drawn anime style.

Wont be a choice. Alot them are better..

Nurse akali looks hot but it looks nothing like in game now looks like from annimie porn.

Riot is just too lazy to make their own art. The old kind of artwork they used to make consisted of a wallpaper and a champion slapped on it. Now that they are doing better artworks they don't want the other ones to be outshined. So they're replacing champions with the old artwork style with either new artworks (like ashe) or just replacing them with the asian artwork.
