No, he's only slightly weaker than normal champions in lategame, with the right itemization. If you build 100% AD (with maybe 1 defensive item) you're gonna NEED to be fed. I don't build like that tho.

He is a master of early game. I think that there is nothing that can realy stop Urgot at solo mid, maybe a smart anivia but... hmmm...
On the other hand his range and no escape mechanism totaly ruins his lategame. So if the game lasts more than 35min it is getting realy messy... Even if you are fed.
So kinda unreliable the full game. Still i love to play him from time to time :) just like Nidalee :)

why ppl dont play him? srsly i never lost a game yet with him he is SUPER op , i dont even know how can u not finish to kill or severely zone out the dude u face with this champ .
