You put pressure on Urgot early game. You bring out a roam + jungle and mid gank. You force him to play passive. His late game revolves around how he did early/mid game. Again, you shut him down early on, you won't have an issue at all. :)

The problem is that you have to 3v1 him as you described. That leaves other lanes quite dangerously unguarded.

Problem is also that a solo jungler might not be enaugh to get a gank going in mid. I plenty times got double kills while they tried to gank me mid (Usualy olaf/shaco/nunu + mid persojn). Also if he even goes 1kill for 1death in that 3v1 situation he is still moving forward.

Well yeah. For urgot early on, you have GOTTA go for the 3 man pressure/gank with a roamer+jungler. Also, don't roam if you can't trust in 3 solo lanes! So I guess, it's trusting your teammates to hold a solo lane for a minute or two? :P
