Urgot is the best solo Q pubstomper in the game. Teemo is a good champion and very good solo Qer too. It's your choice.
Btw; Elementz puts Urgot at the very top of the solo Q tier list.
Oh and the incoming nerf to Wriggles is an indirect nerf to Teemo.

I find it strange that in the CLG vs LowELO tourney game, they banned Urgot, and not teemo. :P

Urgot is a very strong champion with a good build. Teemo is strong, but imo not as strong.

Teemo is also great to climb out of ELO hell with, because he provides free map awareness that your team is often too stupid to get. Not to mention the fact that past 6, teemo can virtually eliminate ganks with a few well-placed shrooms.

I'd say teemo.
1) teemo can get kills sometimes even AFTER he dies(shrooms, poison)
2) better tower defender out of the 2. shrooms. and on more than 1 occasion I survived a tower dive with 1 hp. With urgot, you can suppress one but the other one is free to throw you around, teemo can kite
3) free wards that do damage
4) mobile(idk why, i like being mobile, A LOT)
5) teemo is simple to use.
6) teemo can escape bad situations with flash and and his speed, urgot feels like he has to just sit there and eat it
7) teemo is cute
