it doesnt matter how many videos its in any one person could have made it and it could have been spread out then slapped on other videos cuz itll get them more views
you really don't thinks riot didnt just send these people a small clip and told them to viral this for us for millions of views? as you mentioned they are also all in different languages, if these were people grabbing the clip and uploading it themselves on their video we would have a ton of english ones, etc..

i find it more unlikely that riot went to certain youtubers(ones that arnt watched all that often might i add) to play a little clip than someone made the clip and put it in their videos and got it to spread
