At http://www.reignofgaming.net/news/24288-updated-pbe-aatrox-the-darkin-blade-preview-and , I found a very big PBE update. It contains some drastic changes, like splitting up Malady into Wit's End and Nashor's Tooth, the Maim change and more. Also Aatrox and jungle changes.

the changes were reverted though, either way they nerfed my baby naut ): slower clear times boo

Junglers will get more farmed and botlane more even, teemo got buffed as he can now shred enemy mr, get a higher ap ratio on his attacks and get tanky with 2 items instead of 3.

Are we reading same notes? Its a buff early game dmg went up late game went down naut never had issues late game its always been first clear. He was never about later dmg so this is quite large buff since hes just a cc machine.

The whole point is that junglers can retain their farm despite the increased camp spawn time that blue team bottom lane was abusing. And yes, it means Teemo no longer needs to build Malady. Because Teemo was the ONLY champion who built it, which means it is an obsolete item.

Diana nerf to her passive was just readded to nashors tooth so still quite strong champ.
