Requiring, Long Sword, 1 Health Potion, AS Marks | AS Seals | AS Glyphs | ArP Quints to be the fastest. But with standard runes I almost always run this, it also makes you hard to counter-jungle.. (make sure you take EXP mastery)

1. Start at Wraiths, smite the blue activate Hunter's Call (HC) to kill the rest.
2. Run to Wolves, activate HC to kill the big one first (upon killing you hit lvl 2 and get Hunering Strike - HS). Use 1 Hungering Strike on the little wolves and Auto-Attack to finish.
3. Head over to Golem buff, activate HC upon hit, use Smite early (just to be the fastest and have it off CD as quick as possible), and use Hungering Strike to stay alive. You are level 3 now so get another point in HS.
4. Run to Lizard Buff, follow the same tactic as step 3 and use your health potion. Smite should come off CD right before you finish or close to finishing (if you can use to it kill lizard go ahead)
5. Go to double-golems and use Smite if you didn't already, activate HC and finish them off.
6. You are level 4, get Blood Scent and port back for Madred's Razors, you can proceed by ganking (not very strong without ulti but can clean up anyone below half-health) or cleaning up your jungle's wolves and wraiths. Or you can go get their Golem buff and wolves. After some mimimal jungling you should be level 6 very quickly and able to solo dragon.

The first video demonstrates jungling with a Cloth Armor, 2 health pots, and a Sight Ward. It is more durable and jungles a little more safely in exchange for some speed. In addition, you also have the ward to counter-jungle.

The second video demonstrates jungling with a Long Sword and a health pot. It is faster but does jungle with lower health and doesn't have the benefit of that ward.

Both routes are good. Note that neither involves starting at blue buff.

The fastest is not always the best :) That is all i have to say :P

You have to be flexible and have some basic timing and buff management.

I am testin out stuff, times counterganks and more :)
