Which position carries your team best?
It depends on the elo. At lower elo, it is ridiculously easy to carry from the jungle because you just roam around the map all day scoring kills. I may have exaggerated it a bit, but the jungle snowballs super fast at low elo when you have the enemy overextending and not buying wards all day. Also, if you play junglers like shaco, it is even easier.
Higher elo, my opinion would be mid because you are usually the most fed and you can roam down into bot/top lane for kills.

I have personally found top lane to be my position where I can have the most influence on a game.
Generally taking teleport in lower ELO I can give an occasion gank to bot lane which usually secures one kill/dragon minimum. Plus being a bruiser, if our team needs more damage (i.e
Amumu jungle) or our team needs more tankiness (i.e
Shaco jungle) I can adapt and help our team with teamfights.
Champs like
Malphite,
Lee Sin and
Cho'Gath excel at this.

Champs like

Mundo goes where he pleases.
And pleases, where he goes.
I'd say it depends more on the champion that you use instead of the position. champions such as
Akali or
Singed are famous for carrying games. i mean its more dangerous to feed
Zed then it is
Blitzcrank. but i would say top has the most carry pottential since if they get fed they can either get so tanky or be able to but out so much damage in mid game that no one get can even compete

all credit for this amazing sig goes to the nameless bard
if you thought what i said was worth it a rep would be rainbow pony awesome
Let's first clear up a common misconception, as a high-elo player in a low-elo environment, shaco is one of the worst and hardest champions to play and carry with.
Let's clear up another common misconception, all roles are equally important has as much impact on the game as all the others.
Top: The "isolated" lane, if you get a lead, nothing's gonna stop you here - snowball out of control and leave the other guy with 40 cs 15 minutes into the game. Then afterwards you get the tower and the first dragon is yours.
Mid: The "flexible" lane, if you get a lead, you can practically snowball your whole team into a victory just because of this lead and roaming. If you're losing the lane your jungler can help you back into it fairly easily.
ADC: You're gonna be stuck with a random guy who you have to communicate through pings when and what to do(which is pretty hard) also you can't really roam and is pretty much stuck in the bottom lane for 15 minutes. If you fall slightly behind it shouldn't be a big deal but if you fail it's prolly gonna cost the live of your support too.
Support: You're the guy who picks the team up onto your shoulders and shows them the way, you're responsible for vision and timing and ****. But you have to pick the right support for the job, taric is god-tier right now so pick taric dunk stuff(it's not even hard lul). Remember supports can roam too.
Jungler: This is where the mindgames are at, your mechanical skills don't mean as much as long as you got the brain seeds with you, it's you and mids job to control the pace of the game so you better ****ing get your arse out there and gank some stuff.
It's not the role, but the champion: Some champions has a higher impact on the game than others, as an example:
Jarvan IV support/jungle is a huge play-maker and deals a fine amount of damage,
Nunu & Willump support/jungle is NOT a huge playmaker and taking nunu pretty much just hands your balls to the ad-carry hoping they won't give em a slap.

Mid, because you have the power to just go anywhere is typically the same amount of time.
Thank you jhoijhoi, Keondre, LaCorpse, The_Nameless_Bard, Arcana3, Apfeljack, Hogopogo, eddie199, Xiaowiriamu, and JEFFY40HANDS for the spectacular sigs!

I want to say in like bronze and silver top/jungle can rlly win a game easy, top just win lane and snowball, then kill enemy adc every fight.
Jungle, just don't farm a lot and gank, get you're laners ahead, best thing to do is camp top till they cry in all chat.
Raging enemy = won game.
