I was legendary as singed, walked into there team and they sure did chase me then, my team walked up and they got aced ^^
just get fed as singed then act stupid and use ghost and ult when you drop below ~50% u gotta judge yourself.
Best thing as singed is getting 5 man ganked top when you farm behind enemy inner turret and you just run away giving your team a free turret and dragon :D
