It doesn't direct you to anything because you haven't put in a direction for the links to lead to. For example, each one of those titles such as say intro and closing, has goto tags. What you have to do in that case is to input where you want that to lead to. If your chapter is called "Intro" then you'll put into the goto tag this
The next step is to place an anchor on the chapter where this goto tag will lead you to, such as at the start of the Intro chapter by doing the same code but instead having it say "anchor=Intro" without the "" marks and instead with [] marks.
