It actually runs off of maximum mana now. Yes, really. I've mentioned it in the Bug Report section, but I want to make sure it gets due notice.

EX:
Ryze without expanded mind: 415 without Tear/ 765 with Tear
Ryze with expanded mind : 435 without Tear/ 803 with Tear
5% bonus added onto Tear's 350 mana: 367.5
435 + 367.5 = 802.5

Pretty sure that it DOES scale with maximum mana now. It didn't do that before, but it does it now. Also, I was using my physical offtank masteries, which give no bonus to mana at all.

Just want to make sure that this does actually get fixed, since it's kind of a big deal. :/

That's fine. I figured it'd be a little bit more complicated than just up and changing it. I just wanted to make sure that it got some amount of attention. I wasn't sure what all was involved, but if you guys know about it, then I'll leave it at that.

Why would Matt have to change this? It seems like a simple text edit since the masteries aren't being factored into build yet, yea?
