For some reason people are allowed to vote on my guide without commenting. This started happening a few months after i posted the guide and I never unselected "vote to comment". Seems like a technical error.....any advice?
After 20 votes it auto disables.
reading anywhere on the forums as well as hovering over the ? next to enable comment to vote would provide you with this answer ^^

Oh didnt notice that little grey question mark...thanks
While looking back I also noticed that the last 3 sections of my guide don't appear. Whats with that?
the guide has been up for a few months and i never removed the chapters. i deleted the chapters and remade them...saved and published a bunch of times. The chapters are still under the table of contents but they dont appear when you scroll down....
Your bbcode is breaking the page. It looks like you've used square brackets in a number of places when you just wanted to mention something, square brackets indicate bbcode. Replace any square brackets where you're not actually intending it to be bbcode, with normal round brackets, and then see if it works again :)
In particular you have a number of places where you opened with a square bracket and never closed it. This alone will make it impossible for the bbcode parser to figure out what you're doing.

Matt, posting here to say that I copy+pasted the FAQ into General and the Introductions forums (because those will probably be the two busiest now) and until we get a "Global sticky" or "announcement" feature, this will hopefully decrease all the questions about "How do I do XXXXX" or "Why is XXXXX happening". ^_^

I looked in the "newest Guides" section and your guide shows up there.
