I occasionally see the glitch sometimes, and it's always Ashe. Only half of her portrait appears and the other half never loads.

Our CDN is currently experiencing a DDOS attack. This isn't an attack on us, but it still affects us. This only affects users in certain parts of the world. We are working with the host to get the images back for those affected as quickly as possible.

Oh :) Yes, almost every image on the site is served from the CDN, except images linked from other sites.
