How recently has this begun happening? Over the past week there have been a few changes to the verification system so it could have been fallout from that. If it's still happening now, let me know.

It actually started happening approximately 1 week ago, it happened around 4 times for me in that timeframe. I hadn't had any problems since yesterday but its too short of a period and it might happen again in the near future, if it happens i will update the post.

Ok, it seems that it happens in certain times after your edit your Guide/Build, i just edited my Guide to just add some Jungle Counter and all and when i used "Saved" and then "Publish" by border got lost and it will most likely need a verification again. I have to note that it happens every if i don't edit the guide, just on its own. It just happened again, 3/2/2017, time 7:20 PM my time, i have to verify the account again to fix it.
