Putting a limit would be very bad.
It's the people willing to make multiple guides who usually come up with good ones.
A limit wouldn't solve the flood of scrub who post single bad guides, and people would just make new accounts and spam more.
There will always be nubs who will have no idea what they're doing, and still scrape together a build and publish it without a 2nd thought.

Builds get spammed, spammed, and spammed. To find a correct one is so hard. And I fear some of them, that should grab our attention are not spotted due to this consistent spam of builds.
Shouldn't it be something like a 1 week or 2 weeks before you should be able to post a build ?
Could builds without an high enough score be deleted and moved to a draft to the person that did post it ? Let say 2 weeks, and 50 % score ?
Just trying to give ideas on how we could improve the website.
