i won lots of game and now i'm level 15 but all of my rankings are 0.what can i do ?

You're level 15. Ranks are based on ranked games. You play those at level 30.

You can't do ranked until level 30. You can't even try to do them.

If it is ranked, then your friends are 30.

....

Wow, I've never seen such a bug, but it just seems as if your match history or data or seomthing like that got ****ed up, I would contact Riot support in this case.

Or you have been afk in every game and lost those, that could be possible too, ofc.
