Since you're asking as a jungler just make sure your team doesn't feed him. Gank him. Lol. That's what a jungler does. He puts his lanes ahead by shutting down the other team through ganks. So that's not really a hard question. How do you deal with a fed trynd? Don't let him get fed lol. Especially easy with lee sin as pre 6 lee sin rips trynd apart.

To the OP, Tryn is countered by a number of aggressive melee type champions, the hardest notable counter being Udyr. Darius is also very good.

Summoners VS Trynd: exhaust and ignite (your team should always have at least 1 of each)
Trynd's heal is one of his strongest points so champs with reduced healing skills are great against him early on.
CC is also great against him since he is typically builds glass cannon and after he ults becomes vulnerable.
Strong damage over time skills (DOT) are great against him too.
