Well, you can't expect a laner to tank a buff for you, as that would hurt their chances at winning the lane. At most you can expect 3 Auto Attacks and possibly 1 ability from your laner(s). Also, what level are you?

If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.
First off, don't jungle on
Lissandra or other champions that are not well suited for the jungle before level 30. (Having all runes and masteries unlocked will help you a lot in the jungle, especially when you are doing something like Liss jungle)
Secondly, you should not jungle in bot games, since:
A)You learn next to nothing from them.
B)You force someone to play in a 2v1 lane, which for newer players isn't fun.

I respectfully disagree with the latter portion of your post. I've learned plenty from bot games in terms of jungling, like the basics of actually jungling. I don't think you'd ever want to do your first jungling experience in PvP where the expectations are high and people have to rely on you to do well.
Playing a jungle is actually more common than you think in bot games and I see it in every other game that I play vs. AI Beginner.

You can learn how to clear camps there, but that's about it. There's a huge difference between ganking people and ganking bots, if your team mates are even in need of ganks. And you'll learn nothing about dealing with the enemy jungler too.
It's really hard to get into jungling, people will be mad at you during the first games. But you can still do it. Just go for it and you'll get the hang of it eventually.
I've never played jungle
Lissandra but I don't think it's easy to clear with. Find a jungler that's easy to clear and gank with, such as
Vi,
Warwick (cheap) or
Jarvan IV and build from that. Buy a
Ranger's Trailblazer to help you get through the jungle. Once you feel confident in your basics you can start trying stuff like
Lee Sin and
Shaco, and build
Stalker's Blade or other jungle items if you like.
If you fail a gank, don't waste even more time staying in the lane and go back to farming or ganking another lane. When you feel you're too behind to gank, just stay in the jungle farming until you can try again. Waiting until level 6 for ganking is not that bad at all the way it is now, so go for that if it gives you confidence (especially with
Warwick).
To answer your question: I'd call letting some ranged champion lure the buff out until it reaches him/her, then letting you tank it and attack for some more time a hard leash. Your definition works too though, it's not really defined AFAIK. But like Levas said, you can't expect a laner to throw away his health just like that. Besides, I wouldn't advise you to start at the side of a solo lane. Start at the side of the duo lane(gromp or krugs) and ask for the both of them to lend a hand. And smite the gromp or the ancient krug early! You need the buff or you'll lose too much health.
On another note, reading your signature: use smite. I'm not going to argue about the need of smite in a perfect world, but as a beginning jungler you need the buffs from the ancient krug and the gromps to get through your clears. And you can only get those by smiting these monsters.
The champions above are only examples by the way, I don't jungle that much these days and I have no idea what's considered good at the moment.
Good luck!

********'s a pretty good fertilizer
Thanks for the feedback Last Legend, just a few points I might add... I don't use jungle
Lissandra anymore, it's not really viable as far as junglers go, because if you don't do it right she gets grossly underleveled. So I jungle
Nasus. I can tear up the mid-late game with a Nasus in the jungle.
As for the comment about smite, I think you misunderstood -- junglers without
Smite are not junglers at all, and it's a waste of time for both your team and yourself.
While this is only a bot game, I'm noticing more and more how seriously people take it. Thanks for the pointers.

I am not sure what the definition of "hard leash" is really, but I tend to think it means "keep attacking until the jungle monster is just about dead". I would not expect a laner to tank damage, and for most laners it is very important to get back to lane before any minions die so you do not miss CS and Experience (level 2 can win or loose a lane). That is an extra benefit of starting at the small camps...the laner just needs to throw in 2 to 3 autos and run to lane (plus you get a useful buff).
I do a fair amount of jungle practicing in custom games with bots. You can setup a game without any champions just to practice your first clear paths (tip: take heal instead of flash and use it after your first camp to simulate getting a leash...and practice from both sides). A custom game that is 3 + you versus 3 bots gets you practice clearing and ganking. Sure, it is not the same as a real game (never going to get counter jungled, can freely take the enemy camp, no contest/help for dragon, etc.) but even now I do find it to be a good way to practice different junglers.
In AI games I find that some people like the extra challenge of a 2v1 top lane, but a lot of people really struggle in 2v1 (especially pre-30 and vs Intermediate bots). Coordinate with your toplaner before going jungle and try to gank top early if they are struggling.
I never tried
Nasus jungler, but I have to believe that there are better ones for learning and growing.
Warwick and
Fiddlesticks are two inexpensive junglers with lots of sustain for clearing camps.
