The bonus to splash damage will stack with additional Tiamats, increasing your total damage.
Tiamat damage will also spread Twitch's poison during his ultimate ability.
Tiamat damage is considered an on-hit effect and work with abilities such as Gangplank's Parrrley, Ezreal's Mystic Shot and Warwick's Infinite Duress.
Stacking Tiamats on Shaco can provide interesting results. Deceive and Backstab a minion next to a group of enemy champions for massive AoE damage.
Using Tiamat on Nasus does not grant bonus damage for Siphoning Strike when the splash damage causes a kill.
