Malz HAD his hay day and then people learned to buy QSS. His damage is subpar without landing 99% of his combo.
Vlad wins now. I think they've gotten his balance right on the buttong tbh. Manageable cool downs, decent damage, his passive is meh, but still worth it. Overall a very strong champion. Which is why I keep playing him and keep (generally) winning my lane.
