I can only see it fitting for Ezreal and even then it's situational item at it's best. The problem is they increased the price. You have to deal with enemy ADC botrk/trinity/IE by the time you have finished the item. It was a lot better when it only costed little over 2000.

The thing is no ADC is mana hungry to a point where they're starved in teamfights, which limits ER's value as its other offensive stats are lackluster compared to the current ADC items.

Perhaps Jayce could use it late game after his LW?
