So if he does have a nemesis, he is male (I've never heard a female referred to as a bastard), but its not [[Yorick]] because he's receiving a rework that most likely changes his ult. This nemesis could be a future champion similar to how [[Kha'Zix]] was mentioned in [[Rengar]]'s lore before he was released.
