I'm going to Brussels for 1 week. Has anyone been there before? I have about 5 free days and I'm still trying to figure out what to do. Any recommendations?

So far I've found 4 things that I actually want to see: Coudenberg, Parlamentarium, Royal Institute of Natural Sciences, the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and the Atomium if it's not expensive. There are a ton of other things that I'll see like the churches, the palaces, the city hall and similar things, but I won't waste much time on that and won't enter unless it's free. I have no interest whatsoever in the art museums, I'd probably just fall asleep.
That said, what I really want is beer. Supposedly Brussels has hundreds of different types of beer, and I need places to drink taste them without my wallet being brutally raped.
Oh, and some kind of local shopping district for souvenirs.

Isn't that where the headquaters of the
UN resides. Hmm. Hey, maybe you can just collect
beer and call it souvenirs. Surely.

You can't carry liquids on planes and I'm not going to risk a bottle breaking in my bag
