Honestly he created this problem himself. I don't feel bad for him in the slightest.
Do I think he deserves 8 years in prison? obviously not.
Do I think he deserves some form of punishment like community service? probably, it was a threat, albeit it was sarcastic
I can't say "bomb" in an airport nor can I say "fire" in a movie theater. Does it make it okay if I say either and then say "lol jk" right after yelling them out? Nope.
