1: POKÉMON pretty much all editions
2: Prince of Persia: Warrior Within
3: Star Wars KotoR/Ratchet and Clank 3
Point of which you would restart game nr. 1: First Pokemon choice, I get all excited everytime.
Best part about the nr. 1 game: It's Pokémon.
Reason for replaying the games: It's Pokémon. Never boring always addicting.

This can be both from trying different kinds of characters, but it can also just be out of the sheer joy of replaying the beginning stages of the game.
For me, I'd have to say the answer lies between Pokémon Silver and Pokémon Ruby. I can't really tell which I replayed the most, but I can only imagine that Ruby was the game I have been the most infested by.
Point of replay: I would usually build up a good team, defeat the league, get a few legendaries and such, but then I would grow tired of being OP, and before any of my Pokémon other than an eventual legendary, I would start the game over, making a new team, sometimes very unpopular pokémon, which was more likely to challenge myself, I think.

A quick note: I don't think that a new WoW character can be considered replayed until at least level 60 or so. If not, then me playing WoW Trial Version would overgo my Ruby replays, I think O_O
