Just wanted to remind our american friends that they are the only ones who can stop that.
But I guess most(Not only here ofc) will be sitting at home, raging in threads and wondering how something like that can pass.

I already phoned my representative in my state. Seeing how I live in California, he probably won't even give a ****, but jah, I did my part. :v

I have a feeling it's going to get passed. None of these guys have any idea what they're talking about and the only side they're hearing is that of the big companies and lobbyists.
They don't understand that the wording of this is so vague it could essentially shut down every site (or at least every American site, which is most of them) on the internet without even giving them a warning first. Or they do understand it and they're simply getting paid off.
So, dystopian future world filled with censorship and oppression, here we come.

The thing is, these guys know absolutely nothing about the internet. The only opinion they're hearing is that of companies. As far as they're concerned this is just going to stop people pirating movies/music/games on the internet. They don't realize how poorly worded it is, and the potential impact that could come from giving this amount of power to companies over free speech on the internet.

Yup.
The worst part about SOPA is how loosely it is worded, and how it can basically be interpreted to mean whatever.
