For example Runic Shield giving you a 1500 shield on spawn, or Greed giving you 15 g/10.

Imagine the possibilities.

And nope.

Both would give 91% CDR(and 40% normal CDR on Intelligence ).

Still, a DFG at 5.4 seconds cooldown is gamebreakingly good, and so is Blade of the Ruined King. Sure, Flash/Teleport at 27seconds and Exhaust/Ignite/Barrier at 19 seconds cooldown is great, but it's not nearly as broken.

30 points Havoc does.

I'd take perma 90% damage increase over a 5s % hp nuke any day.

You mean 15%HP nuke?
Also, you're taking one part of the equation of one skill and comparing it to the entirety of the other.
Make fair comparisons if you're gonna make them at all..

he said 5 second cooldown % hp nuke not 5% hp nuke


and 90% damage increase is better than 20% bonus magic damage on 1 second downtime on one target + 15% of someones max health every 5 seconds.


also a while back there was an exploit where you could do this by using cheat engine to be able to pur however many points you want in any mastery (its fixed now) and people usually did it on the summoner spell reduction thing because before it was more % per point and it got to 100% without full points in it. its fixed now though
