Until it builds into something other than Hextech Gunblade, I'm gonna take a bet and say it's garbage. You have a suppress and a skill that speeds you up when chasing a low health enemy anyways...

Personally have no problem here since I almost always have red buff. With his Q dealing % damage, and few hits (both from you and your lane) and your Blood Scent keeping up usually is not a problem.

Razors -> Boots -> Bloodrazor -> Item that depends on your way of playing WW.

Alot of WW guides. Alot of ways to jungle.
Simple as that. Rushing anything before bloodrazor imho isnt vital.

So instead this is what I'm thinking.
Cloth armor + 5 health pots
Madred's razor/ boots (and maybe a vampric scepter)
Cutlass
Though the problem with that is by then you ought to have your suppress, thus nullfying the use of the cutlass unless you use it to hunt down the other guy (which has probaly escaped by now). So in order to help WW gank earlier should I just try to rush the cutlass?
