Fang's HP man....it's like having another champion. :\ Make it something like Malz' Voidling, maybe 250/750/1250, and the heal for 50/250/450/650/850.
I really like the idea though, especially with the tie to Nidalee. The numbers seem a little too OP though.

thanks :D. i wanted fang to be a key part of the champ but i did these numbers without doing much research so it does seem a bit op especially since even after you take the dog down he can come back to life, it'll be a bit bulkier than malz`s voidlings but not as tough as it is now lol...thanks :D

Cannis and Fang found their way out 0of the jungle and were rescued by a band of Noxian soldiers. he soon began his training in the military where he earned the title of Houndmaster of Noxus due to his natural affinity with dogs. When Swain rose to power he saw potential in the young man and offered him a spot in the league, proclaiming he had seen his parent`s murderer there.

Cannis chasing a target.
Passive: Fang
Cannis begins with Fang as his companion, Fang will attack any champion Cannis targets.
Fang can travel away from Cannis up to 4000 range before being teleported back next to Cannis.
If an enemy is marked with Bleeding Wound Fang prioritizes the target and gains 32% movement speed when moving towards the target.
HP: 300/800/1300
AD: 15%/35%/35% of Cannis`AD
AS: 20%/30%/40%
Q: Wounding Shot:
Cannis fires a shot from his rifle to wound the target.
Type: Skillshot straight (range 700)
Cooldown: 6/6/6/6/6 seconds
deals 50/80/100/160/230 physical damage(+25% AD)
applies Bleeding Wound to the enemy hit taking 25% of the ability`s damage over 5 seconds.
W: Enrage:
Cannis commands Fang to ravage his target, doubling Fang`s attack damage and attack speed for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. every time Fang hits a target when Enraged Cannis gains "Follow the Tracks" gaining vision on the target for 2 seconds and 10 movement speed for 5 seconds, stacking up to three times.
Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
E: Good Boy:
Cannis heals Fang for 200/300/400/600/800 health. If Fang is dead Good Boy resurrects him with 40% of it's health.
Cooldown: 20 seconds
R: Release the Hounds!:
Cannis releases 2/3/4 hounds to hunt down his targets. each hound has 500/700/900 health and deals 100/130/160 physical damage (+ 30% AD) per hit are attracted to targets marked with Bleeding Wound gaining 32% movement speed when moving towards the target. The hounds can move up to 4000 range away from Cannis before being teleported back to him.
sp this is an idea for a mix between a bruiser and an AD carry. he is not a normal AD carry as he has no natural escape or CC. he depends completely on Fang for his damage and is capable of bursting a single target down quickly without being necessarily exposed to harm.
Ex: mark an enemy with your Q, activate R and then W and watch your hound pack destroy it's target down.
anyways, what do you guys think?, is it viable?, should i change something. i also thought of giving him a slow or a stun instead of his Q but it seems appropriate. also since he has no escape whatsoever he can be taken down before his hounds kill everyone.
