That passive is potentially OP, to be honest. All in theory, of course, but it just seems extremely powerful.
Also consider that with 15 souls you have a 750 damage nuke and 75 AR and MR. Then again, if they've died 15 times in a row without you dying once, you'll probably win anyway.

Rofl. Its very true.I kinda made him interestingly different. Cho has a 1000 true damage nuke plus massive HP gains. With a slow and silence. I dont think his ult is OP in the least.
Its hard to gain that many stacks and it makes his ult extremely situational. I appreciate the feed back. But I absolutely love his passive makes those crazy skill shots and ults harder to use. Also keeps him from an early grave. However, it is very situational. It really on helps if your running.
Most others have passives that are constanly useful. If you have any other ideas let me know. I love to tweak things to make them more viable.

- Active: He can realease the souls to deal 30/40/50 (+.2 AP) per soul
- Maximum souls are 5/10/15
- On your own death your souls are set to 3
